A green cotton saree is shade on a hot day — pista, leaf, bottle and sea greens woven into the most breathable drape a summer can ask for.
Green belongs on cotton the way it belongs on trees. Lighter greens — pista, mint, celadon — keep their freshness in harsh daylight where synthetic fabrics glare; deeper bottle and mehendi greens ground printed motifs and contrast borders beautifully. With over a hundred styles, this is our biggest green edit in any fabric, running from plain everyday weaves to block-printed and border-heavy pieces. And being cotton, all of them get softer, drapier and more yours with each wear and gentle wash.
Prices stay grounded: about ₹1,850 at entry, up to ₹6,150 for the most detailed weaves.
Styling green cotton
Off-white or gold-tissue blouses freshen light greens; maroon and black blouses give dark greens presence. Terracotta jewellery and a low bun with jasmine is the timeless southern pairing.
Where it works
Summer offices, morning markets, temple visits and long train journeys — green cotton is the drape for a day you actually live in. Save the deepest greens for festive evenings at home.
Each saree is inspected for weave flaws and true-to-photo colour, then packed and couriered anywhere in India with full tracking.
